Mrs. Waltower is a dedicated Educator with experience in entrepreneurship in youth development and Non-Profit, K12 Teaching, Educational Leadership, and Management. She has nine years of teaching elementary, middle, and high school students in both public and private school settings.

Throughout her educational experience, she has obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration and Organizational Development with a minor in Leadership from the University of Mount Olive. She later received a Master of School Administration from Queens University of Charlotte, NC, and acquired a Principal Licensure for the State of NC. In addition, she has recently acquired her Ed.S, Education Specialist degree from East Carolina University, with a major in Educational Administration and Supervision with a Superintendent Licensure Concentration.

 

Mrs. Waltower has founded R.E.I.M.A.G.E, A Micro Schooling Network, she has begun Implementing Micro Schools to transform education throughout Eastern North Carolina, Charlotte NC and DMV areas. Her intent is to spread her pedagogy nationally starting with Beaufort County Micro School. She anticipates touching the lives of diverse students by bending the traditional education rules to meet students where they are. R.E.I.M.A.G.E Micro Schooling Network will offer a wide range of services
consisting of Independent Innovative Hubs, Virtual Learning Pods, Exceptional Learning Labs, Head Start
Programs, Pre-K Units, and College-Career Preparatory Schools.
